Well, all strategies and business talk are already mixed in with life coaching. Life coaching focuses on what’s happening right now, what a person wants next, and when old blocks come out stopping you from taking action, a life coach helps you identify them, be more aware, helps you clear them, and move forward.
I’m an almost Certified Coach. That means I’ve completed my one-year coaching education, Now I just need to complete client coaching experience hours to be certified by ICF (International Coach Federation) and AC (Association for Coaching).
